GIGAette was founded in May 2023 with a mission to develop and commercialize advanced cryogenic monitoring solutions for the hydrogen economy and beyond.
The company was established by researchers from KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology), building on years of R&D in cryogenic engineering and measurement science. The flagship product, CryoIMS® (Cryogenic Integrated Monitoring System), is based on the IDP-LT® (Internal Differential Pressure — Level and Temperature) technology developed at KAIST.
CryoIMS® addresses a critical gap in the cryogenic industry: the need for a single, reliable instrument that integrates level, pressure, and temperature measurement through one flange connection, with no external sensing lines and no bottom penetrations.
GIGAette is headquartered in Daejeon, South Korea, home to KAIST and a hub for deep-technology startups.
